Open to Colorado artists. Only Two-Dimensional Artworks will be considered for the exhibition. Artworks can be created in a variety of media, but must adhere to the dimension and weight guidelines.

Downtown Denver Arts Festival

The Downtown Denver Arts Festival is dedicated to supporting and showcasing Colorado visual artists. Downtown Denver Arts Festival holds its annual premier event each Memorial Day Weekend at the Denver Pavilions. The fine art and fine craft exhibition features over 125 of Colorado's best artists with over 150,000 people expected to attend. We will be celebrating our 11th Anniversary in 2009. Many of you may remember the event when it began as the Celebrate Colorado Artists Festival. The original vision of the event is still to promote artists that call Colorado their home. We are expecting the 2009 festival to be the best yet. The quality of the art was exceptional in 2008 and the crowd showed their appreciation by spending over $500,000 with the artists.

Dates: May 22-25, 2009
Times: Friday 4-8PM, Saturday 11-8PM, Sunday 11-5PM and Monday 11-4PM
Location: Denver Pavilions, 500 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202

Artistic expression and lasting impression

One vote per person.
Please include the following information in your email:
Title and inventory number of the piece you are voting for
Your name and email address

Participating artists are ineligible to vote.
Deadline for voting: Sunday, May 24th, 2009

The public will determine the 12 finalists who will then be juried online by top Denver Art Dealers Ron Judish and Sandra Phillips.
