Artwork Network is excited to announce the opening of its new art showroom at The Borgata Retail Village, 6166 N. Scottsdale Road, Unit 404, in Scottsdale Arizona. The public is invited to an open house celebration of the new space on November 20th from 5 – 7 pm. Wine and light hor d’oeuvres will be served.

A wide range of new artwork will be available to view and purchase including works by southwest region member artists Scott Swezy, Allison Quattrocchi, Barry L. White, Bev Petit, and Amanda Mueller. Other showcased member artists include Jim Caldwell, Sutton Betti, Lisa Wharton, Michael Moon, Barbara Marcus McKenna, Dimitri Kourouniotis, Nancy Volpe, Brandi Milosavich, Curt Fowler, Melissa Behr, Carolyn Naiman and Diana Tripp.

Although Artwork Network appears to be a traditional gallery on the outside, they offer much more than just a place for individuals to purchase original art.  Artwork Network was started in Denver in 2003 as a response to the widening gap between businesses wanting original art and the local artists who create it.  With their rotation service Artwork Network locates, delivers and installs art for restaurants, salons, banks, hotels, and other businesses. In addition to selling art from brick and mortar locations, they provide a membership based online marketing tool for artists and galleries to establish or enhance their web presence. This integrated approach, supports both emerging and established artists in a cost effective manner and allows wide accessibility of art for collectors and enthusiasts.

They entered the Scottsdale market in 2008 enlisting the help of Julie and Pam Gieringer.  “We are thrilled to have a retail space that allows us to showcase the talented array of local, national and international member artists.”  Says Julie, “While we will offer artwork art that is specific to our region, I am excited to carry a variety of styles that appeal to a wider audience.”

Guests may also enjoy live music from 4 – 6 pm in The Borgata courtyard and may visit the nearby Slo Foods Organic Cafe to view additional works from Artwork Network.

We offer business art rotation, online art brokerage, art consulting, handling and installation, artist and gallery websites, as well as in house framing and photographic services. June 30, 2009:  ARTWORK NETWORK SETTLES ONTO SANTA FE DRIVE:  SAME BUILDING, NEW SPACE

(Denver)   Artwork Network is excited to announce that it has shifted its showroom and operations to the front unit of 878 Santa Fe Drive into the former location of T Gallery.  The move, effective July 15th 2009, doubles their space, increases visibility and solidifies their five year presence in the Art District on Santa Fe. The public is invited to an open house celebration of the new space on August 21st from 5:30 to 9 PM.

Owner Alan Kircher now holds the master lease on this building at 878 Santa Fe as well as Artwork Network Studios on Inca around the corner at 855 Inca.  Both locations house artist work studios that he leases out. “Our experience on the Art District has been very positive.  I have grown my business from a one room office to this fantastic space.  I attribute much of that to the location, the accessibility of our art, and the approachability of my staff.”  He is currently in negotiations with an organization to occupy the rear unit of 878 Santa Fe Drive.

Although it appears to be a traditional gallery on the outside, Artwork Network operates under a different business model. They provide a hassle-free membership based online marketing tool for artists and galleries to establish or enhance their web presence. The art consulting, art rotation and art leasing services for businesses also create new opportunities for our artist members’ work to be seen and sold.  This unique approach, that supports both emerging and established artists, is more effective in a down economy because it does not rely exclusively on selling art of the showroom wall.  It also helps artists reduce their costs while having a professional–looking and user friendly online presence that is essential to effectively marketing their work.

As with the previous location, the new showroom will consistently highlight a selection of artist members’ work and participate in the First Friday Art Walk.  They will also continue to serve as the only art gallery currently licensed as a wine tasting room for Bonacquisti Wine Company.

The “Third Friday” open house will highlight new works by Carolyn Naiman, Mardie Driftmier, and the 12 finalists from the first Artwork Network Online Juried Show held in May. Also on display will be a selection of work by additional member artists.  Bonacquisti wine will be available for sale by the glass.

May 18, 2009:  ARTWORK NETWORK GIVES PATRONS SOMETHING TO WINE ABOUT:  SHOWROOM NOW LICENSED OFFSITE TASTING ROOM FOR BONACQUISTI WINE COMPANY

(Denver)   Artwork Network is proud to announce a new partnership with Bonacquisti Wine Company, Denver’s Urban Winery. The Artwork Network showroom at 878 Santa Fe Drive is now licensed as one of Bonacquisti’s off-site venues where they offer wine for tasting and for sale by the glass or by the bottle to go.

Paul Bonacquisti, owner of the wine company, has worked with Alan Kircher, founder of Artwork Network for some time using his art rotation services in his winery off I-70 and Pecos. When the two entrepreneurs saw an opportunity to cross market, they jumped on the opportunity. “Having an art business as one of my tasting rooms seemed like a natural fit,” Said Paul Bonacquisti. “I can reach out to customers in the art market and Artwork Network can draw customers in with a unique offering”.

Bonacquisti wine will be available for purchase by the glass on First Fridays from 5-9 pm.  Other tastings events are to be announced, where, for a small fee, patrons can taste and learn about wines such as Vinny No-Neck, Colorado Cabernet Franc and the Award winning Colorado Syrah and, if they like, purchase a bottle to go.

“We are looking forward to providing a responsible way for patrons to have wine while enjoying the art in our showroom”, said Alan Kircher, “It is about creating a total experience and allowing us to differentiate ourselves from other businesses in the area.”

Bonacquisti Wine Company is not draped in the traditions of your typical winery. They are located in a funky industrial condo off I-70 and Pecos where there are no vineyards and aren’t going to be! They make wine with Colorado grown grapes from Palisade and also use select grapes from outside the state. They are a small production winery dedicated to making good wine for all to enjoy. October 9, 2008:  ARTWORK NETWORK'S ENHANCED WEBSITE CLICKS WITH ARTISTS AND BUYERS

(Denver) Artists are like any other small business owners. They have to market themselves and their product in order to make a living.  The internet is a crucial place to have a presence, and for some that can be a daunting and, at times, expensive proposition.  Artwork Network addresses that struggle for artists and galleries by providing an affordable place for them to show and sell their work online.

The business and website, originally launched 4 years ago has been continually growing and there was a need to provide expanded services for members, and make the site easier to navigate for buyers. As a result, Artwork Network has just launched an enhanced website at www.artworknetwork.com.

"For some artists we are their main web presence. For others we are an additional part of their overall marketing strategy as a compliment to their own personal site," said Alan Kircher, Founder and CEO. "Since we are also a full network of collectors, design professionals and businesses, artists can be confident that their artwork will be viewed by the right market."

Compared to some other art-related sites on the web, the Artwork Network's site presents its artists work in an uncluttered, professional atmosphere that is easy for buyers to navigate.

With our improved website you can:

-    Search for art by type, media, subject, price or keyword
-    Navigate artist galleries easier with slideshows and a cleaner layout
-    Find an event or showing hosted by Artwork Network or our members
-    See a record of what artists work has sold for with our new archive pages
-    Easily access information about Artwork Network on our new press page
-    Find us on Google with our highly search engine optimized site (SEO).

Not only does Artwork Network currently provide a continually updated web presence for their 60 plus member artists and 5 gallery members, they also take care of driving buyers to the site.  The website currently receives on average 100,000 page views per month and is working on raising that number everyday with the launch of the new site.

Artwork Network is currently seeking new members. For more information contact Alan at 303.388.7420 or go to www.artworknetwork.com.

September 18, 2008:  ARTWORK NETWORK BRINGS OPPORTUNITIES FOR ART TO SCOTTSDALE, BUSINESSES & ARTISTS TO BENEFIT FROM SERVICE

(Scottsdale) New opportunities are being created for art in Scottsdale thanks to Pam and Julie Gieringer, who are expanding the Denver-based company, Artwork Network to Arizona.  Artwork Network is a thriving association of artists, designers, galleries, collectors, and businesses who work together to display and sell original art.

A launch party will be held on Sunday, November 2 from 4-8 pm at 5211 E Arroyo Rd in Paradise Valley. Artists, design professionals, business owners and art lovers are invited to view a selection of artwork and learn about the wide range of art-related services they have to offer.

Artwork Network was started in 2003 as a response to the widening gap between businesses needing original art and the local artists who create it.  With their rotation service Artwork Network, locates, delivers and installs art for restaurants, salons, banks, hotels, and other business.  Frequently business owners want a dynamic and creative public environment but do not have the time or know-how to manage an art rotation program on their own. The goal is to simplify this process for them while also benefiting local artists. The art on rotation is available for sale and comes from over 80 member artists who also have online portfolios on the Artwork Network website. The website service allow the artists to market and sell their work nationally, while the rotation service creates local visibility.

The mother and daughter team have backgrounds in interior design and education. Julie spent last year in Denver where she connected with her cousin, Alan Kircher, the creator of Artwork Network. "I saw how this concept was successful in Denver and am excited to bring affordable original art to businesses in Scottsdale." Said Julie, "I think my mom's background in interior design is the perfect compliment."

They are currently seeking local Scottsdale artists to become members of Artwork Network, as well as businesses who would like original art in their spaces. Artists who sign up before November will be able to showcase their work at the launch party.

Artwork Network also works with design professionals and individuals providing art sales, consulting, leasing, installation & delivery and brokerage.  For more information or to view art currently for sale, go to artworknetwork.com or contact Julie Gieringer at julie@artworknetwork.com.
