Q. Do I have to send professional photos of my space?

A. No!  We can work with just about anything.

Q. Can I send photographs of my space from my cellphone!
A. Yes!  Email your cellphone photos to support(a)artworknetwork.com.

Q. What if I don't like the choices on my project page?
A. Not a problem!  We're real people, so you can actually call us (800.668.9522) and discuss what you liked/didn't like about the initial choices.  We're here to help, and we don't mind revisions.  It's all about finding art you'll love!

Buying Art

Q. What if I see something I really love, but it's not the right size/color/etc.
A.  Not a problem!  Most artists welcome commissions, and are happy to create a custom piece just for you.  Give us a call (800.668.9522) to discuss your options!

Q. Are there any layaway or payment options?
A. Yes!  Our goal is to get a piece of original art in every home.  We'll work with you to make this a reality in whatever ways we can.  Give us a call (800.668.9522) to discuss payment options.

Q. Can I see the piece in person before I buy it?
A. If you are local to our Denver gallery and the artwork you have chosen is by a local artist, we can certainly arrange for you to preview the art in our private viewing room.  Other instances may require you to pay for shipping and handling.

Q:  How do I purchase art from the website?
A:  Contact Artwork Network at 800-668-9522 or contact the artist directly or through the information on their contact page.

Q:  Is ordering online safe?
A:  We now take all of our orders over the phone, by fax, or in person.  Every precaution is taken in order to keep your information safe.

Q:  What forms of payment are accepted?
A:  We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You can also purchase work on layaway through a payment plan.

Q. What if I need to see more pictures of the artwork I have picked out?
A.  If an artist doesn't have additional images, such as angles, close-ups or pictures of the frames, we are more than happy to track those down for you.  Just ask!

Q. Do I have to pay for shipping?
A.  Yes.  However, if you are local to Denver, or the artist you have selected is nearby where you live, we may be able to arrange for personal delivery.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping charges vary depending on your location and the size of the piece(s) you've chosen.  We'll always get you the lowest shipping possible!

Q:  Do you ship internationally?
A:  Yes.  The cost to ship internationally is higher than shipping domestically, but we are willing to ship artwork to anywhere in the world.

Q:  What precautions are taken to ship artwork?
A:  All artwork is shipped using a professional pack and ship company.

Q:  What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
A:  Call us (800.668.9522)!  Often times any damage will be covered by the shipping insurance.  We make every effort to resolve any damage situation in a timely manner.

Q:  What if I don't like the piece of art when I receive it?
Call us (800.668.9522)!  We have a "Love it or Leave it" guarantee.  Do note we currently have no way to provide for return shipping, so you will be responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance.  Please save the packaging, so it may be packed to the same careful standard as was shipped to you.
