About the Artist

I see the potential for creativity and beauty in everything around me. From my award-winning architectural designs, to my bold artwork showcased throughout the Southwest, my innovative designs bring a level of creativity and art to every project I touch. As you walk the halls of Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford, you’ll see my artwork throughout the office. My architectural designs and artwork grace many of Dallas and Fort Worth’s finest establishments.

During a career spanning more than 29 years, I have distinguished myself as one of the leading design architects in the Southwestern United States. As a principal with Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford in Fort Worth, I have developed a practice area that includes education, commercial, institutional and religious design, among others.

I have been admired by my peers for my innovative design achievements and am one of only six recipients of the Charles R. Adams Award given by the Fort Worth Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for lifetime design achievement.

Artist Statement

Art has always been a focal point of my life, because I have been blessed with a comprehensive ability to see and experience the world I live in. My primary career has been as an architect, a designer of buildings and environments that my clients will live and work in; enjoy, learn, and gain spiritually from. For me, my artwork is a means to explore composition, textures, color combinations, sometimes using different media to explore the world in a different way than is possible from architecture alone.
